Ingredients

  • 100g Self raising flour

  • 90g Fat free greek yoghurt

  • 30g Eatlean protein cheese

  • 100G chicken

  • 50g Passatta

  • 1 Clove garlic

  • 1/4 Red onion

  • 10g cherry tomatos

  • Oregano / salt / pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

First pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius. While your oven is pre-heating, in a mixing bowl combine the flour and yoghurt to create a dough. If too wet / sticky add a little more flour.

Step 2

On a floured surface, kneed the dough for a couple of minutes until it forms a nice ball and leave to rest for 5 mins back in the mixing bowl covered with a teatowel

Step 3

While the dough is resting, whip up your tomato sauce by cooking the garlic in a little frylight. Once the garlic is cooked add in your pasatta and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Let this simmer for about 5-10 minutes so that the flavour absorbs into the sauce.

Step 4

Now while the sauce is simmering, chop your onion into small slices and the tomatos into halves.

Step 5

Back to the dough, roll the dough out on the floured surface using a rolling pin / whatever you have that will do the job. Once it is about the thickness of 5mm, you must place it on a pizza tray and pre-cook it for roughly 5-7 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Step 6

Now sauce up the base of the pizza, add on half the cheese and then your toppings and then the rest of the cheese. Season again with salt, pepper and oregano and cook for 8 minutes in the oven.

Step 7

Enjoy!
